An incredible book commemorating the 18th birthday. Full of nostalgia, memories, personalisation, quizzes and facts, this book is a wonderful trip down 'Memory Lane'.
This feast of nostalgia is a celebration of the world that shaped the recipient. It explores the foods they ate, the hairstyles they experimented with and the clothes they regret. It recalls their time in the school playground, the music they listened to, the games they played, the movies they saw, the cars they travelled in, the cutting-edge technology of the day and the TV they watched.
Every page is packed full of memories and personalised details, from the day they were born, throughout their childhood and into the all-important teenage years.
Each unique book is created using our state of the art software. All we need from you is a name and a date of birth. We will create a book that tells them incredible facts about themselves, including the day of the week they were born on, what time the sun rose and set on their first day, their birth flower, birth stone and birth tree, their Chinese New Year animal and their star sign.
The book will tell them the major news events from the year they were born, how much things cost, and how much people earned. The film stars and pop stars that they share a birth year with, and the number one song and album on the day they were born.
*Birth date is the recipients date of birth. MUST BE ENTERED IN A UK FORMAT AS FOLLOWS: DD/MM/YYYY.
While most books will arrive in 3 working days, please allow up to 7 working days.

I ordered this for my daughters 18th. It didn’t turn up due to Royal Mail issues. Suzanne in customer services got this reprinted &sent. I have received the 2nd book. No quibble at all with Lucy -the sellers. Professional and so helpful. Thank you. Love the book & your support when original order didn’t turn up. Definitely recommend this company.

Non-Mainland UK and International Delivery
We are able to process orders from non-mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Delivery surcharges for the relevant postcodes are calculated at the checkout. Please provide a valid telephone number with your order for courier delivery. This includes a terrestrial telephone number for overseas orders.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next available working day.
We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose.
While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the Interlink website. You will only receive a tracking number if you have chosen Express delivery option for your order.
What days will my order be delivered on?
Our couriers deliver between 08.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday.
Will I need to sign for my order?
If you have chosen the Express delivery option, you will have to sign for your parcel upon receipt.
Returns
Please Note: We do not accept returns on any personalised products.
All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us on 01822 613098 or info@fromlucy.com. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.
If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Items bought in the sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty/Damaged Goods
If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01822 613098 or by email info@fromlucy.com. We will then advise you on the best course of action.
In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us unless the item is faulty/damaged.
