For those occasions when the order has gone wrong, The Day You Were Born Wrong Date reprint is the easiest solution to correct this mistake. Instead of having to buy a whole new product we will correct your mistake, and remount the replacement print for you to place into your existing frame.  

Please let us know where you bought your product from ( for eg from here at www.fromlucy.com, or Not On The High Street or Getting Personal) and in the customer comments box include your order reference number along with: changes to any mistakes you made and mount colour and we will sort it out right away! Please note: If you ordered the wrong date on your 'The Day You Were Born' print, please purchase our 'The Day You Were Born Wrong Date Reprint' product, as a new date means a whole new print of part or full personalisation. Each new date means starting a whole new print from scratch! However, if you have just made a simple spelling mistake on your The Day You Were Born print, you may use the Large Artwork Reprint service. Please note, what you type is what will appear on the finished item, so please type carefully.

Non-Mainland UK and International Delivery

We are able to process orders from non-mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Delivery surcharges for the relevant postcodes are calculated at the checkout. Please provide a valid telephone number with your order for courier delivery. This includes a terrestrial telephone number for overseas orders.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next available working day.

We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose.

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day.

How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the Interlink website. You will only receive a tracking number if you have chosen Express delivery option for your order.

What days will my order be delivered on?

Our couriers deliver between 08.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday.

Will I need to sign for my order?

If you have chosen the Express delivery option, you will have to sign for your parcel upon receipt.

 

Returns

Please Note: We do not accept returns on any personalised products.

All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us on 01822 613098 or info@fromlucy.com. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.

If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Items bought in the sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01822 613098 or by email info@fromlucy.com. We will then advise you on the best course of action. 

In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us unless the item is faulty/damaged.
