Very quick despatch!

I ordered a personalised book for my nephew. The whole order process was seamless. However, when the book arrived one of the pages fell out upon first reading. I contacted customer service, sending a photo of the faulty book. A replacement book was printed and sent straight away. Can't fault the customer service at all!
