Excellent service, their was a mistake on the first one that was delivered, I e-mailed right away on the Wednesday and explained to them that it was a birthday gift which I needed for the Saturday and I got the replacement Friday afternoon.

Love the products and quick delivery of a personalized product. Second time ordering and will order again. Only downside is the delivery charge to Ireland but I assume it’s to do with Brexit. Still worth it though
