After some issues with the postal service I was concerned I would not receive my book which I ordered for my partner as a gift for our engagement. However the staff at from Lucy were amazingly helpful and kept in touch regularly to check if I had received it. When it still hadn't arrived after 4 weeks they very quickly reprinted and sent to me via dpd tracked and it arrived within a few days. A lovely book that will be cherished and kept forever in our home. It has a sweet and unique story perfect for a grandparent. The only thing I would recommend to improve slightly would be another page or two of personalisation and also to include some sort of gift box/wallet as it is a gift purchase and so would make it even more special x

My wife got the Dear Daddy book for Father’s Day. Kid loved it. Got Dear Mama for her birthday. Brought tears to her eyes. Both books are great, but appreciate the differences between the two and the mama book has much prettier artistry!
