This is the second time I have ordered a personalised print from Lucy, both times to commemorate a Naming Day ceremony, one was for a boy (pirate) and the other was for a girl (fairy). I am delighted with the product as were the parents of the children, and they were loved by the guests who had attended the party. Even though I had placed the orders over the Christmas period, albeit several years apart, they were delivered in a very speedy fashion. They were beautifully packed and arrived in good order. This is a beautiful book that I could not wait to give to my granddaughters and they absolutely love the story of the little mouse. The personalisation is a really lovely touch. I gave it five stars for those comments but would certainly have paid more if it was hardback it kind if lets it down

Item delivered quickly but unfortunately was damaged in the post. Following the report of this and having been requested to forward photos the picture was replaced very quickly. An excellent response to the problem.
