Fast delivery, excellent communication

I received amazing service after calling to see if I could get an additional pearl in this set (my youngest had just lost the pearl in my eldests set - cue meltdown) and I received confirmation on the same day I placed the order with a lovely message saying how they all had children and would be more than happy to help avert the crisis!
