The service from FromLucy was fast an efficient. I will however state that if someone needs their item in good time to either select different postage or order well in advance. Due to the incompetent Royal Mail system my item took over a week to arrive.

There was a printing error when the book arrived which had already been picked up by the company and there was a time constraint on when a replacement was required. A replacement was sent the next day by courier. Fantastic customer service
