I wanted to get something special for a 60th birthday for the woman who has everything and this was perfect. It's a brilliant little book and the recipient loved it.

I'd left it a bit last minute to purchase but was assured it would be dispatched in time for me and it was, very happy and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Bought for the 1st birthday of my twin nieces. The initial order arrived with the incorrect print but this was quickly resolved by the customer service team. I was able to change the PM to the No.1 single that day (I'm kinda surprised No.1 single isn't the default to be honest!). The print is beautifully mounted in the frame. My brother and his fiance loved it so mission accomplished :) ... My only gripe with the product is that the writing is quite small so doesn't stand out at a distance and that the frame is oak-effect, not actual oak. I wish that was made clear on the product description.

The item I ordered was botched quite spectacularly but the customer service team were amazing! My issue was dealt with promptly and with care. They went above and beyond to ensure I received the correct order on time for the birthday it was intended for! In fact, due to the initial problems I was able to further customise the order which made it so much better! Despite the issues I had, I'd feel confident shopping here again knowing how efficiently they resolve problems.
