Christmas opening & posting times

We are so ensconsed in creating, packing and sending all the orders for you, are lovely customers, that we almost forgot to post up when we are open/closed at Christmas!

We are here beavering away on the last flurry of orders for Christmas over this Friday 18th December, and again on Monday 21st December. Royal Mail have suggested this Monday coming is the last day for First Class post, you can see the Royal Mail advice here for Royal Mail Last Post.

However, if you are concerned about the possible Christmas backlog within the Royal Mail system, you can always order using Express Delivery (UK Zone 1 & 2 Mainland only) on Monday and Tuesday before midday, meaning your order should arrive Tues 22nd/Weds 23rd depending on which day you order, as long as there are no problems on the roads/with the weather!

Please note that we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery on orders placed using standard delivery after Sunday 20th December, due to the possibilty of Royal Mail post backlogs.

We will be mopping up the last few orders on Wednesday 23 December, when there will still be time just about to order Express Delivery, if you like to do things right up to the wire, though we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas Day delivery for orders placed on Wednesday 23rd Dec using Express Delivery.

Then we are going for a long lie down at 3pm on Wednesday 23rd December, and we will wake up again on Tuesday 5th January 2016.

Any orders placed between the afternoon of Wednesday 23rd December 2015 and Tuesday 5th January 2016 will be processed and packed/sent on Tuesday 5th January. Any orders placed suing Express Delivery in that period will be at the front of the queue to be processed and sent on January 5th.
