After some issues with the postal service I was concerned I would not receive my book which I ordered for my partner as a gift for our engagement. However the staff at from Lucy were amazingly helpful and kept in touch regularly to check if I had received it. When it still hadn't arrived after 4 weeks they very quickly reprinted and sent to me via dpd tracked and it arrived within a few days. A Special book to keep forever

I have just received my 5th Day You Were Born book. I initially bought one for my niece and everyone loved it so much that my pregnant friends have actually purposely requested this as their gift. The pictures are lovely but all the little personalised details make it something special to keep forever.

Bought as a gift but had a look inside. Great mixture of challenges. Can't wait to see what my nephew comes up with. Great value and looks good.

A lovely book that will be cherished and kept forever in our home. It has a sweet and unique story perfect for a grandparent. The only thing I would recommend to improve slightly would be another page or two of personalisation and also to include some sort of gift box/wallet as it is a gift purchase and so would make it even more special x
