My daughter was very pleased with my recent purchase for her Happy memories box. It arrived on time and was well packed. The customer service team were very helpful as when I placed my order for the red cards, the blue product showed and I couldn't change it so I emailed and a young lady took care of the whole process for me (Susanne), from making sure the right colour got packed to emailing me when it had been despatched.

What a lovely idea! I bought it as a cheeky gift for myself from my little boy! I've used his baby nickname on it and have every intention of getting another with his real name on it when he's old enough to be embarrassed! I've knocked one star off as the font used makes one personalised word look slightly disjointed, but it adds to the overall uniqueness! Thanks for another gorgeous gift
