Bought this as a keep sake gift for my godsons first birthday, i love it!

I was amazed by the quality and the service I received. Shortly after receiving order confirmation I got an email from Susanne, who tried to sort out the spelling (as some of the text was in a foreign language for my friend and their system did not convert it correctly from the print view online). An email exchange followed to sort it out. The book arrived few days later in perfect condition and all the spelling was correct as agreed. My friend absolutely loved it. Thank you again!

It is a very well done, really nice gift or momento. Because I was so happy with the one I got for my son I also got one for my niece. Definitely worth the money.

Easy to order. Quick delivery. One thing I would say is the website signed the book and I would maybe have preferred to do that myself as it was a gift.

The book arrived on time. The site made it very easy to personalise the book. Lovely keepsake and makes the big brother/sister feel very special. I'd highly recommend this book. The only downside is for £20 i expected it to come a4 size but it's a5 size

Until I was looking for a unique gift for our new born grandson I'd never heard of FromLucy but so glad I did. The book's description does not give it enough justice - it's amazing very factual, delivered in a couple of days and so worth the money when you see the joy it brings to the new born parents, better than the usual gift!

Bought personalised books before and been really let down but this book is a real show stopper. Every new born should have one it's amazing good quality paper, very informative five stars it's perfect.

Overall a lovely picture but I think it’s a bit too pricey with the frame. I opted for the picture without frame.

Easy to order and a quick delivery

I got one for my oldest daughter and we gave her the box and baby tooth when she lost her first tooth. Each time she has lost another tooth she gets £1 and a special gift from the fairy. She loves it so much we needed to buy a 2nd one for my middle daughter, who found it as magical as her elder sister.

This item was purchased as a gift to new parents, they loved it!! It gave unique information about their little one that would never have been considered on the day she born. Such a beautiful keepsake

Whilst I think customer service were great it was hard to get hold of them as their hours were limited and even during those times they did not always respond to emails/facebook messages within the same day, which I think was a mistake during the busy Christmas period. However, they were great at resolving the problems when I did hear from them.
