Easy to order and a quick delivery

I got one for my oldest daughter and we gave her the box and baby tooth when she lost her first tooth. Each time she has lost another tooth she gets £1 and a special gift from the fairy. She loves it so much we needed to buy a 2nd one for my middle daughter, who found it as magical as her elder sister.

This item was purchased as a gift to new parents, they loved it!! It gave unique information about their little one that would never have been considered on the day she born. Such a beautiful keepsake

Whilst I think customer service were great it was hard to get hold of them as their hours were limited and even during those times they did not always respond to emails/facebook messages within the same day, which I think was a mistake during the busy Christmas period. However, they were great at resolving the problems when I did hear from them.

The book is lovely with beautiful illustrations and good quality paper. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the order quantity (1 book arriving instead of 3) and so I was unable to personally deliver the books to the children I wanted to give them to. However, they sent my books express to the children's houses once the mistake was realised.

I was so delighted with the picture,So were the parents of Lucy & to have it made by a Lucy for a Lucy made it even more special. I will not hesitate recommending you or your products and will definitely buy again.

Lovely product with beautiful illustrations

Took a little longer due to it being holiday season but overall very satisfied with purchase. The printing was amazing, just as pictured, and new born parents loved the creative book as a gift.

Really pleased with this book. My daughter loves reading it at bedtime.

One of the pages was not printed correctly. I called FromLucy and left a message. I called them again the next day as I hadn’t heard from them. They said they’d just heard my voicemail. They apologised for the error and said they’d reprint the book and send it express delivery. I received it the next day, in time for Christmas. Excellent service.
