Very impressed with service- no complaints

Arrived on time, bought on behalf of my son who was godparent to my granddaughter so very important to us, over the moon with quality and will be treasured thank you

I purchased two books for my grandkids and I love them!!

I adore this book. I found it when shopping for something to give my godson and I bookmarked it for a future child since I had none at the time. Now I do and it’s perfect. My husband and I love it.

I accidentally typed the wrong zip code in my order and it was fixed with no issues and the item shipped immediately I got it so fast even though I live in the US

This was a present for my mum's 80th birthday. She absolutely loved it, so many wonderful memories. Thank you so much.

Out of all the gifts I gave my Nana for her 70th, I could tell she loved this one the most. She showed it to her friends and sat and talked about it for ages. I will definitely be ordered again for other birthday milestones. Brilliant gift idea and well presented!

Everything was easy to order, and it was quick to be delivered. Very happy!

A beautiful product . I will buy it again

Have bought dozens of these From Lucy through Amazon. Thought I would check out the actual website. Low and behold 15% discount on 2 or more. Ordered 3, cane as quick as Amazon. Will buy through this site from now on. Great titbits of info, great nostalgia too! Everyone I have gifted too has loved them

Very happy I found this company. I got the book for a loved one who lost a pet and it really meant a lot to them. I did receive the book initially with two errors/misprints in the book and the company immediately sent me a new one corrected! I really appreciated that since it was a special gift. I will purchase again when I need something like this!

Thank you the book is absolutely amazing. Will definitely be ordered one for my friends 50th.

This is a beautiful book and fantastic as a gift

Great first father's day gift

The book is informative and enjoyable and beautifully designed.

Wanted to give a personalised gift for a 40th birthday. The book is a nice keepsake to remember the occasion, made an interesting read, & was personal to the man receiving it.

Had no trouble with the packaging, delivery nor item.

I received one of these for my daughter. I keep it on her memory box & she loves it. Bought one for her little cousin. X

Service was first class. The quality is perfect. I was so happy giving it as a gift and my son was delighted to receive it. Many thanks x

Very helpful towards making some changes for me.

Great gift. Personalised really well. Speedy delivery

Super fast delivery, would definitely recommend and will be buying from here in the future Xx

Such a lovely book with an extra personalised touch & super cute illustrations, bought as a joint present from myself & my friend for our goddaughters christening! x

Fabulous. First order didn’t turn up. This was down to Royal Mail issues not Lucy. I spoke to Suzanne who reprinted the book - no quibbles and sent out. I have received 2nd order. Thank you Suzanne for professional and prompt service 👍
