The service from FromLucy was fast an efficient. I will however state that if someone needs their item in good time to either select different postage or order well in advance. Due to the incompetent Royal Mail system my item took over a week to arrive.

Really excited to give this to my twin nephew and niece on their first birthday. Story line, personalised with name, product quality is amazing. It Only thing is if I could only have babies actual photos in place of characters in the book.
